A simple yet effective time management technique to boost your productivity and maintain focus.
Step 1: Set Your Timer
Adjust your work and break durations in the settings panel. The default is 25 minutes of work followed by a 5-minute break. You can customize these times based on your preference.
Step 2: Start Your Focus Session
Click the "Start" button to begin your work session. Focus completely on your task until the timer ends. Avoid all distractions during this period.
Step 3: Take a Short Break
When the work timer ends, take your 5-minute break. Stand up, stretch, or grab a drink. Let your mind rest before returning to work.
Step 4: Repeat the Cycle
After your break, start another work session. After completing 4 work sessions, enjoy a longer 15-minute break to recharge before beginning the next set.
Tips for Effective Use:
- Use the "Pause" button if you need to temporarily stop the timer
- Track your progress with the session counter
- Adjust the work/break durations to find what works best for you
- Enable Dark Mode for late-night study sessions
- View your statistics to track your productivity over time
